Work is underway and concrete has been poured at 400 Lake Shore Dr. in downtown Chicago, a 72-story, 850 ft. tall skyscraper. It’s the tallest building currently under construction in the city!
The first phase of this dual-skyscraper development by Related Midwest will span 1.1 million square feet and house 635 apartments. The entire project is being built by skilled Union labor! When completed, it will also add 4.5 acres of open and green space to Streeterville.
Construction is set for a completion date of early 2027.
