Focuses on the key skills necessary to be a successful leader

The Collaborative Leadership program focuses on the key skills necessary to be a successful leader on the job site. Over the course of this three-day program, participants will take part in various skill building and team exercises designed to reinforce and elevate their performance on the job.

This program is open to those currently employed by signatory employers in all levels of construction management, including project managers, estimators, managers, company owners, etc. Participants do not need to be members of the UBC to attend this program.

The 212 Leadership: Next Level UBC Leaders program focuses on Journey-Level Leaders who have committed to utilizing the skills learned in UBC Journey-Level: Building Leadership for a Strong Future program and embraced the characteristics of a Transformational Leader as active members of the UBC workforce.
