High school grads recently took part in signing day ceremonies in Illinois and Kansas City.
The Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council welcomed seven new apprentices at signing day events in Kansas City, MO and Belleville, IL. Say hello to: Brandon King, graduate of CAVE High School; Noah Oleville, Brice Harper and Donovan Gicente, graduates of Cass Career Center; Victor Hemphill, graduate of Manual Tech; and Dylan Barnhart and Joel Miller, graduates of Fort Osage Career and Technical Center.
All of these young men are going to work for signatory contractors and starting their careers off on the right foot. The Regional Council holds these signing day events to welcome our newest members the same way colleges and universities hold signing days for new athletes joining their school’s athletics program.
