New Apartment Tower Taking Shape In Chicago’s Fulton Market

A new, 32-story apartment tower is being built in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. This Union-made residential building will have nearly 500 units, a 30th floor pool deck, fitness center, and much more. The luxury apartment building will be ready for move-in day in 2027. Union Carpenters Renovate Interactive Museum
