Today we bid farewell to our Brother Bob Lid (3rd from left), who is retiring after serving the Regional Council for 24 years as the Manager of the Contracts and Bonds Department.
Bob’s unwavering dedication played a huge role in ensuring that our Agreements are fair, our contractors are accountable, and our members are protected.
Bob has served in numerous leadership roles in Carpenters Local 54 throughout his 42 years as a member. He has also served for the past 12 years on the MACRC Executive Board, where his voice and wisdom have been invaluable in shaping the future of our Regional Council. We wish him and his family all the best in his retirement. Congrats Brother and thanks for everything.
