Business Reps in St. Louis were recently involved with a job shadow event for a local high school.
Reps Joel Pikey and Ray Schwegmann took a Marquette High School Freshman to jobsites and gave the future leader and behind-the-scenes look at what Regional Council reps do.
“There’s more to carpentry that I thought,” Marquette High School student Vinny Jauch said. “It’s a lot of math and planning, I really like welding, so my plan is to work toward a career in the trades.”
