Carpenters Center for Health Now Open

In June 2018 the Carpenters Center for Health officially opened, providing you and your family exclusive access to quality health care services at no cost to you.

Access to the Carpenters Center for Health is available to members (including spouses and dependent children, ages two and older) who are eligible and enrolled in comprehensive medical benefits under the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters (CRCC) Welfare Fund’s Active, Retiree and Low Cost Medical Plans.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is preferable to schedule an appointment. In most cases same-day appointments are available. You are able to schedule appointments online and on the telephone. You are also able to send the health center professionals secure emails, and even view your medical records through the 24-hour patient portal at www.CRCCHealthCenter.Org.

The Carpenters Center for Health, in partnership with Premise Health, is located on the 3rd floor of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters’ Lisle campus – 4979 Indiana Avenue, Lisle, IL.  Its business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can reach the Center for Health at  312-337-4150 or through its email tool.
