Carpenters' Apprenticeship Open House Draws Hundreds!

The Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters’ first Apprenticeship Open House in 2015, held on one night, was attended by 83 people.  This year the Carpenters distributed flyers to schools, counselors, vocational education departments, community groups, churches, politicians and city halls. The invitation was placed on the school’s website, Facebook and Twitter, and the Regional Council promoted the event via this website and social media vehicles. The response was tremendous with more than 800 registrations split over the two nights!

Thank you to all of the apprentices, journeymen and instructors who personified the greatness of the Carpenters union!
