Reliable transportation is critical for a career in the trades. Everyone knows that headache when your vehicle isn’t running well and you have to get it serviced, but what’s even worse is not having a car at all. How are you able to get from job to job without your own set of wheels?
That’s why Constellation expanded its partnership with Vehicles for Change to include a new program in Illinois to help remove transportation barriers for union apprentices.
Congrats to Nico Reaves, a HIRE360 graduate and 1st-Year Apprentice with Flooring Installers Local 1185, who was fortunate enough to be one of those selected through HIRE360 to receive a new car!
