We were honored to have Col. Andy Pannier join us today at our delegate meeting in St. Louis. Col. Pannier, the 55th Commander of the Army Corps of Engineers’ St. Louis District, discussed updates to all the lock & dam projects on the inland waterways that produce millions of work opportunities for our members.
Col. Pannier thanked our delegates for their commitment to safety and for their advocacy to congress to make sure our region remains a global leader in commerce.
