Union Carpenters working for Donte Haire are building the new Lansdowne Up housing development in East St. Louis, IL.
It has been many years since a new housing development was built in East St. Louis. Thanks to a local faith-based nonprofit, our members are building new market-rate homes where trash and abandoned buildings recently sat.
