Neo at Vantage Pointe, an ARCO Construction and Mills Property venture, is a new luxury apartment community being built in Maryland Heights, MO.
The 269-unit, wood-frame complex is being built by Union Carpenters working for signatory contractors Wies Drywall, Square Up, Midwest Insulation and BAM.
Construction is expected to finish soon with the apartments being available to rent this summer.
