Mark your calendars, the November General Election is nearly here – be ready to cast your ballot. If you don’t remember who’s up for election, that’s okay, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters has you covered – head over to the UBC Election Center, type in your address and see a sample ballot for your area, review the candidates and make a pledge to vote!
When you open the UBC Election Center, you can view Regional Council-endorsed candidates and issues, review your voter registration and make a plan to vote. Enter your address, hit “Get Started,” and the website will show you all of this important information.
After entering your address, you will automatically be redirected to a new page to review endorsed candidates, see what’s on your ballot and more. The right side of the screen also displays important dates like deadlines for voter registration, when mail-in ballots are due and when the next election is happening.
