EST Gary Perinar last week received the Ed Sadlowski Labor Leadership Award from the Cook County Democratic Party. He used his acceptance speech as an opportunity to encourage the elected state, county and city officials who were watching to crack down on tax fraud and make sure cheating contractors are held accountable. Tax fraud affects us all and EST Perinar made sure our voice was heard.
