Carpenters Local 10 apprentice Lewis DeJan, is helping mold the monumental 39 ultra-high-performance concrete panels that wrap around the top of the Obama Presidential Museum.

The letters come from an excerpt of President Obama’s speech on the 50th anniversary of the Selma-to-Montgomery marches.
Brother DeJan got into construction later in life, after serving in the military as a Navy air traffic controller. The Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council sets up all of our Brothers and Sisters for success through training that allows them to do incredible things.
