Court Strikes Lincolnshire Right to Work Ordinance
Judge Matthew Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois wrote in his ruling that only states have the power to enact laws prohibiting union security agreements. A right to work for anything less than a respectable, responsible living wage that enables a family to help grow the economy is WRONG.
