The Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters joins the Boy Scouts of America in congratulating Gary Perinar as esteemed recipient of the 2018 George Meany Award for his service to the community and working families in our union trades.
Mr. Perinar is executive secretary-treasurer (EST) of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters, comprising more than 30,000 skilled men and women building careers in the trades. Under Mr. Perinar’s leadership the Carpenters champion skills development, character building and teamwork across its diverse membership, bringing the best to job sites and community endeavors.
