Illinois Stay At Home Order Extended Until April 30th

Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced he is extending his stay-at-home order through the end of April as part of the state’s effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The governor’s original order, Executive Order 2020-10, was supposed to end April 7, but will now run through April 30 and bring Illinois in line with the latest recommendations from the federal government. Note: CONSTRUCTION remains “ESSENTIAL WORK” and CAN CONTINUE. Any members that are experiencing symptoms or illness are urged to stay home and seek professional medical advice.

The Regional Council and Local Union offices will remain operational to assist with your calls and our Safety Department is always available to discuss and help with any issues or concerns you may be experiencing. The Carpenters Center for Health is open. All our Apprentice Training Centers remain closed.
