The three main reasons are discussed along with an explanation of steps to avoid failure, including the importance of proper substrate preparation. Attendees will learn some of the history of resilient flooring. Information will be presented about installation standards, with a special emphasis on seaming. INSTALL, the nationally developed training program for installers to achieve the dependability, precision, and professionalism the craft demands, will be presented along with its applicability to architects.
