The United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) is proud to have joined forces with the Helmets to Hardhats program. This is a joint effort to help connect National Guard, Reserve, retired and transitioning active-duty military veterans with productive careers in the carpentry industry.
Apprenticeship training is available to anyone who is interested; many may even receive credit based on their military occupation, training and experience.
The Carpenters union also supports its current members when they are called up to active duty by waiving their dues and keeping them on the membership rolls until their return.
