Built to Last is a new TV series that details what goes into professional-quality construction projects. The show will feature residential and commercial construction projects from the ground up, highlighting what it takes to execute those projects using skill, expertise and the latest technology. Built to Last is brought to you by the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters' Labor and Management Committee.
Episode Eight—Interior Surfaces—premieres Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m. Central time, and will be repeated on the 14th, 20th and 24th.
Built to Last kicked off its inaugural season with Episode One—Building Now and Building to Last—on Jan. 5, 2010. Episode Two—Foundations, Episode Three—Framing, Episode Four—Roofing, Episode Five—Windows & Doors and Episode Six—Exterior Finishes and Episode Seven—The Building Envelope followed thereafter.
