Chicago's Unions to Celebrate Labor Day at Millennium Park

Thousands of union members will gather on Monday, Sept. 6, to celebrate Labor Day at Millennium Park to call for good jobs and a strong, middle class economy and boost get-out-the-vote efforts for November's midterm elections.

The Chicago Federation of Labor will host the event for union families and will be joined by labor leaders and prominent federal, state and local elected officials.

Where:       Millennium Park Pavilion and Great Lawn

Who:          The Chicago Federation of Labor, thousands of Chicago-area union families, labor leaders, Governor Pat Quinn, Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias and other elected officials
