The Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters' Rockford Apprentice & Training Center Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony was held Oct. 14, 2010, at 1117 Tebala Blvd. in Rockford, IL. The event was held on a cool, but sunny day with the beautiful new facility serving as a backdrop to a host of speakers:

Formal tours of the 48,000-square-foot facility were offered, providing guests with the chance to witness the training center in action.
