The bargaining committees resumed contract negotiations on Friday July 9, 2010. While we were unable to reach a full agreement, we made some significant progress on economic and noneconomic issues and we remain optimistic. The attorneys are currently exchanging some proposed language changes discussed during our meeting and we are in the process of scheduling another meeting in the very near future.
