Argonne and Fermi facilities

· You may be eligible for federal compensation of $150,000 or more and related medical expenses if you have or had an illness that may have resulted from exposure to radiation, beryllium, silica or other toxic substances.

· Contractor and subcontractor (construction) workers are eligible to apply.

· Illnesses include cancer, beryllium, silicosis and a wide array of illnesses related to toxic substance exposure.

· Qualified survivors of deceased workers who died from these illnesses may also be eligible for compensation.

· If you work or have worked at other DOE facilities across the country, you may also be eligible for benefits.
